What it offers

My 48-hour rule: every side project ships in a weekend or dies

Who it's for

Developers with graveyard folders full of unfinished projects

Problem it solves

Side projects grow beyond weekend scope and never reach users

My projects folder used to be a graveyard. Dozens of half built apps that all died at the same stage: the eighty percent done mark where the last twenty percent takes six months. So I adopted a rule that sounds extreme. Every project ships within forty eight hours or it dies. Not pauses. Dies. Deleted. The rule forces brutal scope decisions before you write a line of code. No auth system, use the platform one. No database migrations, start with a single table. No settings page, ever. What survives the rule is small, but alive and in users' hands. My graveyard projects taught me nothing. My tiny shipped ones taught me everything. Small and shipped beats ambitious and dead.
